Seems like a great book. I'd say it would go well with anyone's training.. at least to pick up ideas. I highly recommend anyone who studies martial arts to read as much as they can. As for the Tao itself, It is a very good tool, but in no way was it meant to "teach" someone Jeet kune Do. Kai Sai Wing Chun Kung Fu, JKD, Brazilian/Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu, Chinese Hawiian Kempo, Pressure Point/Nerve/Cavity striking, and Tai Chi. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
