I've been reading it on-and-off for a while, mostly to incorporate some of his philosophy into my training outlook. Seems like a great book. I'd say it would go well with anyone's training.. at least to pick up ideas.

I have the Tao, as well as about 20 other books by or about Bruce or "JKD". I highly recommend anyone who studies martial arts to read as much as they can. As for the Tao itself, It is a very good tool, but in no way was it meant to "teach" someone Jeet kune Do.

Kai Sai Wing Chun Kung Fu, JKD, Brazilian/Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu, Chinese Hawiian Kempo, Pressure Point/Nerve/Cavity striking, and Tai Chi.

great book. My JKD instructor called it the Karate Bible.

I do not practice JKD but I have read it, and recommend it. :)
