There was a thread not too long ago that asked about the connection of White Crane and Okinawan/Japanese karate so I've been exploring the history of those kata and MA in general lately. Live and breath every breath as if it was your last. Persevere, endure, overcome and conquer all that stands before you. Remain respectuful and live the lifestyle of a true Budo-ka. Karate-ka.
