Kensai Posted November 10, 2002 Share Posted November 10, 2002 Lots of breakfalling, other than it being a really great and natural way of warming up your body before the real stuff starts. After doing alot of them, you dont get dizzy and it makes you stomach legs, neck and back strong. Also reading lots about other styles, I like to look at a particular technique say Shaolin Kung Fu's 'Two Dragons dive for pearls' and think how I would counter it using was I know.
