ive looked on the internet abit and couldnt find anything does anyone know a site that gives step-by-step instuction of nunchaku kata. or just any kind of instruction.

There are not really any traditional nunchaku katas in the Japanese/Okinawan tradition. They are a more recent weapon. I know schools who follow traditional kobudo training use them but there is not a lot of information around for them.

I know of two nunchaku katas used in out style. I think that all we have.

 

Most nunchaku katas are modern inventions, many based on basic kata - yondan for example (go-waza nunchaku)

I only know of 2 nunchaku kata . Tairia sho and ni . Both are from Tairia Shinken .
