I dont want to upset anyone but I have my doubts about this Chi thing. What is it?

I kind of believe that it could be the ability to focus your mind and body to become in perfect sync with each other. Its like a baseball player hitting the sweet spot or Tiger woods nailing one. Could it just be the feeling you get when you execute a technique with perfect power and force?

I have trouble with trying to find a mystical paranormal definition of what it could be so Im looking for a physical one. My mind or "spiritual" energy has never prevented me from being hit or has hit anyone for that matter....

Hence my signature......

Chi/ki is the energy that flows through the body in all living things and yes even your dog or cat has chi/ki. Its the energy that drives us to do something, it can heal people, make people stronger in the mind and body. Also by directing the energy you can learn how to do all these things and more.

I've been learning about chi/ki for about 1-2 months now and trust me I can already somethings that other people cant believe and......well.....most don't.

most people who dont belive it have never given it a try, this kind of ignorance is what is letting the thought chi down,

if your not a believer try it at least
