I go to Master Mac's site a lot, but not for ITF forms (I downloaded all the TSD which he does himself, and WTF forms). This "bouncy" is referred to by ITF practitioners as "knee spring" or an "up/down motion". The body moves in a "sine wave" resulting in the whole body being involved at the moment of impact, in blocking or attacking. Whether you believe it is correct or not is just your personal opinion.
