Buying a Karate Gi

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, sorry if this is an old question (it's my first post).

Is there anyone online that will sell a jacket and pants separately?

I'm a different size top 'n' bottom - Lanky, with short arms and long legs.... basically..... a big girl lol!

Cheers

Neil

You may want to check out Century Martial Arts. They will sell you uniforms like that.

Welcome to KF; glad that you're here!!

As it's been already mentioned, Century MA Supply, would be worth looking into it!!

  • 4 months later...

I can only purchase the gi trousers separably; I find it difficult to get the top half on its own.

I use a light heavyweight as these are fairly cheap if something break and a heavyweight competition gi for specialist training.

Most of my recommendations come from UK stores...I don't know where you live but have you tried Amazon out of curiosity.

Another idea is to ask your instructor if they have any gi's available.

My Sensei gives some older ones away if people cannot afford them.
