stonecrusher69 Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 The use and breakdown of the Kwan Sao and Gaun Sao techniques, and my own special way I use the Kwan Sao to control the full length of the opponents arm. Also, how I use the Gaun Sao to cover the upper and lower gates for better perection against punches and kicks.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Oc0rjyZf-M http://www.youtube.com/user/sifumcilwrath"When the student is ready the master will appear"
sensei8 Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Excellent tutorial!!Each and every time I watch, I see so many similarities between WC and Shindokan; close range brothers, for sure!!Thank you for sharing....keep them coming!! **Proof is on the floor!!!
bushido_man96 Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Thanks for showing these applications. It seem so simple the way you demonstrate them, but I'm sure that there are a lot of little details I'm missing out on. I try to watch your hips move, and in this video I could hear your feet shifting on the ground, as well. That helps me to "see" where the power is coming from. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

Hi sensei8,glad you liked the video. i have to check into your style karate to see how similar it is to my style. The power always starts in the legs. Someday I will do complete video on force generation, but have to leave the best for last..I have not even gotten into weapons training yet... http://www.youtube.com/user/sifumcilwrath"When the student is ready the master will appear"

I really enjoy them. I'm curious, do you have a school that you teach out of, or do you train outside for the most part, with just a few students? https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
