Very nice explanations. It would have been nice to see the footwork, though. But I like the explanation of the use of the center line and turning the hips to strike. Very nice, and a good point I would likely have overlooked had you not explained it. Thanks for sharing it.

Nice tutorial!! I can never see Shindokan without the Wooden Dummy; it's importantly vital to our close range techniques as well as our brand of Tuite.

Glad you liked the video. Yeah I was going to show my feet but I did not have a camera man so I just focused on my upper body. I figured most people have seen the foot work and know what I'm doing.
