If it's hard on your body, why are you doing it? Doesn't seem to make sense. It sounds like what you're really asking is if you should train just TKD and dabble in JJ sometimes. That's different than training JJ.

Maybe subconsciously I could be asking that, you're right. But I didn't think of it that way. I told ninjanurse and hubby that I will take jj when they do something I think it will be cool with my body. If not, I'll just take TKD.

So yea, good point.
