Fionn Posted October 16, 2002 Share Posted October 16, 2002 Hello I am a light middleweight I suppose I am former amateur boxer not the flat nosed type.My fists are fast I got offered professional fights turned them down as I was studying.I nearly ko`d my instructor last class with my boxing.The problem I have are my kicks.In lau Gar I seem to be only able to hit legs without losing part of my stability. I want my legs to loosen up.Is their any regiem to speed up the flexibilty of my legs.Pain is not the problem frustration is.Please help any advice or guideance will be greatly appreciated. What exactly is your goal as far as your "kicks"... to increase height, balance, power or speed in your kicks??
