Traditional Japanese Jujutsu, is one of the finest arts out there. IMO ofcourse. Besides excellent ground fighting and grappling techniques you cover lots of weapons, which is also fun.

Ofcourse BJJ does its job well, so any of the JJ styles are good.

Take Care.

I train in Atemi Ryu Ju Jitsu - and it has taught me sofar (after first grading) that when on the floor and opponent standing, always have your feet pointing towards your opponent, they are less likely to kick you like this, becuse they are scared of getting a kick in the face - leg or groin, or you could be clever like i was on the grading and take them down by placing youf lowest foot on theirs and pushing their upper leg with your other foot, works wonders :)
