Hi Guys & Gals,

We practiced a form last night (in TSD) and I can't remember the name.

It starts off in a (going forward) back stance, then reverse punch (with knuckle), back stance again, then reverse punch (with knuckle), back stance again, then reverse punch (with knuckle), then both fists punch down, then swinging your (both) arms up then down.

I'm not sure that I'm explaining the movements correct, but that's the gist of them. It was the first time that I practiced this form (so I may have gotten a couple of movements wrong) :)

Not sure if it's a MDK or SBD form, but it's either a 2nd or 3rd Dan form (however again, it's dependant on the association).

Any ideas?

Thanks

-Ken
