luxifur Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 For those interested I've found something simular (we stand still, this guy moves in stances):first rhytm: He posted some more too: See his "kihon with stances" videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/hoodwink31?feature=watch .
Harkon72 Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Yes, that's good Kihon. What lets him down is the Fake Kiai. Sorry guys but it spoils the whole sequence for me; I hope they make real ones in Kumite and Kata; if not then I'm really disappointed. Look to the far mountain and see all.
luxifur Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 Haha, thats what i noticed as well Very weak idd!
bushido_man96 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I liked them. Some different movements from what we do, but I liked them. One thing I do differently is that I try to time the extension of the technique with the landing of the foot. I think it helps with power, but that's just something I've done since my ATA days. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
