Actually, I had no prior exercise experience of any sorts lol I don't do it just for fitness. I do it to fight. And hopefully will compete one day....until then, I'll just keep working hard - I train 3 times a week, twice with a women's class (they are all competition level) and once a week with a men's class (which keeps me on my toes!) ==================http://come.to/BlackBeauty==================
