I've heard mixed reviews about him and can't decide either way...?? is he all that he claims to be And did miyahira sensei really teach him how to make sai and is there any proof of this.?CheersJeremy
sensei8
To me, the only true way to test someones MA abilities in on the floor!! Everything else, imho, is suggestive. In that, I've never heard of him, but, that doesn't mean anything because the world is a big place, and that includes the MA world. **Proof is on the floor!!! Wastelander
I have heard of Mr. Carbone, and I am actually friends with him on Facebook, somehow or another. There really is no way I can confirm what he says about who taught him how to make sai--all I know is that everyone that has bought sai from him love the balance and quality. I can't tell for certain without handling a pair, but they don't look hand forged to me, which would be the truly traditional method for making them.
