It's very common as one's body goes into deep relaxation when one blacks out. It is extremely common. Doubters are welcome to drink a bottle of water prior to randori. Then test it out. LeBell said if someone has relieved theirself in a while they may do so when choked out because the body relaxes so much. And Segal went on to state is was bull and Lebell couldn't choke him out. Well They agreed to try and well Segal went to sleep and deficated on himself and LeBell then put him in a broom closet because he smell like.. well you know.
