Thai_Kick2
Basically, Karate is slower than Kung Fu and less powerful. I would have to disagree, Karate styles such as Kyokushin, Seido Kaikan, Shidokan are fast, hard and powerful with many great fighters coming from those styles and competing in K-1 and MMA (Andy Hug, Francisco Filho, Sam Greco...)What I noticed was, that during flow drills, I could always accurately count how many strikes were thrown by people who earned blackbelts in Karate styles just by vision alone. While the Kung Fu fighters I would have no clue how many shots were thrown other than the rapid beat when the strikes hit. To be honest with you, who really cares if you can count the amont of strikes or not. What matters are the strikes powerful enough to KO someone? Would they work in the streets or ring? Are the strikes even effective? IMO These are the questions and the format that should use to judge effectiveness. In fact several Kung Styles have the capability of delivering 7-8 Death Strikes in a second Oh no, not death strikes anything but death strikes! Muay Thai the science of 8 limbs!
Kensai
What are "Death Strikes"? Never heard of these "Death Strikes"? Is sortta like a "Death Star" and the Kung Fu guy shoots lasers out his eyes? Yours in Aiki.
magikchiongson
Are they powerful enough to KO someone? Of course. Or they could be positional strikes, just depends on the practioner. I own you.

magikchiongson
Well I just don't know how to explain it, I mean if we have issue enough that there's going to be a fight between us, I'm going to take you right out. If you're not learning this in whatever school you're in, then you're being shortchanged. I suggest, that if your system isn't teaching you to protect that head or how to attack it, leave now. I own you.
