I am sharing this to get a little bit of a critique.

One thing i noticed right off the back is that i lift my chin when i start rolling my punches or fast trapping sets.

But ill be silent and take some lumps from you good folks.

Ah-Ha that's what you look like!

You do raise your head but you do so as in response to an attacker (the practice dummy) that is taller than you!

Lower the dummy about 6-8 inches.

Check yourself, stance and head position with the new height!

Also, many lift their chins because they're not wanting to get struck, and they think that by lifting ones chin, they'll be out of reach, and that's not the case always, and that also could be because they've been struck in the chin to often. Sometimes its the lack of live drilling/sparring and the like. I'm not saying that that's what you're doing and/or experiencing, I'm just pointing out other possibilities because a chin-offering is a big target, one that can't be ignored.

It takes a long time to fully condition these areas but keep up the hard work and you will achieve your goals.
