I just paid a membership in an MA Club in my city. Beginners class of Shotokan Karate. I'm a 26 year old guy from Sweden. I have been reading up on the subject a couple of weeks but know nothing more of Karate than what I have read the latest weeks. Wish me luck:)

Hello and welcome to the forum. Learning Karate, or any martial art takes time. Reading up does help, but can be confusing to a beginner - training and practice, these are far more important. All the best in your training.

If you believe in an ideal. You don't own it ; it owns you.
