Lazybudoguy
Anyone heard of a kata called wong? We have it in our style it looks like a variation of Sanchin. moving forwards with your arms in a sanchin style. I dont know it but was watching the black belts practicing it during advanced class. Any one know of this kata?
CredoTe
Perhaps it is a variation on Wanshu? Remember the Tii!In Life and Death, there is no tap-out...

bassaiguy
My sensei says I do the wong kata all the time! "Honour, not honours." ~ Sir Richard Francis Burtonhttp://oronokarate.weebly.com
Lazybudoguy
LOL!! Thats a good one! My Sensei says it was named after a shaolin priest who created it. It looks really interesting. At the moment I think our school focuses on 6 kata. There are more but they dont practice them anymore. I wil try to find more of this kata to see if anyone know about it.
