sensei8 Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 I wish you luck with your grading...you'll be fine. Just relax, have fun, and let the grading take care of itself. **Proof is on the floor!!!
Lupin1 Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Good luck! Make sure your instructors know about your injury if they don't already.
Harkon72 Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Good Luck, Tiger Balm is good for injuries, smells nice too. Look to the far mountain and see all.

Tzu-Logic Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Good luck! Make sure your instructors know about your injury if they don't already.100% this. You don't want to make a small injury worse by not telling them and then someone torquing your arm hard. That being said... Good luck!!! andym Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 All the best for the grading, if i'm not to late. If you believe in an ideal. You don't own it ; it owns you.
SolidAir Posted April 21, 2013 Author Posted April 21, 2013 Well I'm chuffed to bits passed with flying colours and found out the grading system is a little different than in the dojo so i passed 4th kyu not 5th and was a two hour grading! Also had very high praise from the examiner and the technical director Its still blue belt but brown next !Told the examiner about the injury and he by chance had an operation on the same muscle and works in physiotherapy so lead me through some exercises to do between each kata/application/kumite Thanks to all the well-wishers Be like water !
