babysteffee Posted August 23, 2001 Posted August 23, 2001 I think this has something to do with how supple the muscles are...you could try stretching exercises. Just a simple stretching exercise like standing with your feet three feet apart and leaning over to one side..so that one leg is bent and you can feel the inside of the other thigh being pulled. Also, practise makes perfect.
