PaulS
My grandson and I just competed in our first tournament on Saturday. We were in two competitions each. One was for our defensive techniques and the other was for our forms or Kata. There were about 17 in his age group and 7 in my age group which was 46+. I am almost 58 and all of the others were under 50. My grandson got 2nd place in both and I got 3rd in my techniques and 2nd in my Kata. Not bad for an old man!! Cobra_Kai
Really nice job, congrats I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.~ Bruce Lee
