Question about karate gi size?

I am selling a new heavy weight 100@cotton gi - size 5.

Is it reasonable to say:

If you wear a size 5 cotton-poly, this will fit you, but you must hang to dry.

If you wear a size 4 cotton-poly, this will fit you after drying with heat.

I think pollycotton gi's only shrink by a half size if at all.
