Imho...

For self-defense to be effective, one must first understand that compliant drills give it the illusion of effectiveness when demonstrated.

I value self-defense, but only after the illusions have been removed permanently.

I wanted more than kick- punch - I wanted Spiritual Enlightenment - Mental Awareness..............so on. However, this was all to take my fighting to a different level.
