Zaine Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Cool stuff. This video really exhibit how, as you get higher in the ranks of karate, blocks become strikes, the redirection and then counters. This, I think, shows a great use of a lot of blocking techniques on top of striking. Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.https://www.instagram.com/nordic_karate/
