What do I want to do? Hit people with sticks!

What should I do? Uggh, cardio.

I despise cardio, as well. I've been doing more of it lately, since I still can't lift. I don't think I'll ever grow to like it.

in 3 months ill be practicing for my high orange or green belt test because i was orange belt on December and ill be high orange in may or july or i might be green belt who knows ;) i need to practice on kihon kata 2 sanbon kumite 1, 2,3 and practice heian nidan or sandan hehehe and of course improve my sparring because when im tired my sparring tent to go slow hahaha and to be more focus

I love Shotokan Karate Do and American Kenpo Karate
