Look fun, but I don't want funky looking hands. I've seen this before. Those guys are dedicated, for sure.

If you train properly, and stop training your hands will look normal after some time. Generally speaking your hands will look "puffy", no horrid knuckles, etc.

Besides people have invented the hammer for breaking things so why break your hands?!
