I'd advise that you insure that your training partner will allow you to do resistive type training because there's nothing like having someone fight back during drills and the like. Are there any other kinds of drills?Unfortunately, our one-steps are this way, and even our DT stuff and Combat Hapkido tends to not run much resistance for the most part.
