i train 3 time a week ( 2 hour ) and i run in the sunday

but know i want to push myself more and more, so i'll begin a new programme a lot of training and a lot of test and combat

Inchallah

that's not enough. you said you wanna be a champ. It's gotta be 6 days a week.

YOU need to get a heavy bag in your garden so you can use it as often as you can. Running at least 4 times a week. 2 miles is enough to start

Thank you very much, i will train like what you said

and after that all i need is a chance

thank you for supporting me

OSU, definately get the book I said.

Remember. Predominantly when skil levels are equal, its the fighter with the best stamina that becomes the victor.

You also need to be conversant with the rules and regulations for the governing body You're fighting in. It tells you what's legal and what's not, how many kicks a round etc.

Good luck my friend. I'll pray for you, inshallah.

The Netherlands is a very good country for kickboxing I hear. However, I wouldn't recommend moving anywhere for this until you've been training for professional levels for a year or so already, it'd be a terrible shame to leave your life behind and find out later that professional combat sports aren't really for you.

the most important thing is how hard you train, get that sorted first.
