I train because I'm in love with martial arts. I train in 10 different arts 7 times a day. Non stop for the whole day lol. It's also a good way to stay fit, in shape. To respect yourself as well as others. Also for self-Defense. Key word is Defense ! It's self-Defense guys, not self-offence. Use it when called upon. Safe training everyone :) osssuuu

For me, it is all about learning more and more about yourself and your limits: to improve each movement until it is perfect and to look at what scare you and face it

To train, to become strong, to be able to pass on my Shotokan teachings to my children (If I have any in future), a sense of achievement, I love my training and also for exercise.

I love it!!

Seriously, I started when I was 7 yrs old because I was bullied at elementary school everyday.

Now, I train because I love it!!

I do it for self discipline. And to help with stress and health.

Martial Arts is not just a hobby, Its a way of life!!!
