i dissagree with you guys on the dancing part, break dancing could be a big help with bjj as it can help with your coordination on the ground...and bjj teaches you hip movements and body control wich can help with breakdancing...

 

i would consider using one to compliment the other...sort of like cross training...but i suppose every has an opinion and you can agree or dissagree with mine...

if you want to improve your breakdancing, work on your break dancing.

 

and it depends on the fighter.

This thread reminded me of a song. "Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting". So if you dance to this song .....relax, J/K.....Uh, now I can't get it out of my head. 8)
