Wastelander
Do you want to train a second martial art for effectiveness or for art? If effectiveness, then judo or jujutsu. If art then I would say probably aikido. Liver Punch
If an adult wrestling program exists in the area, that would be number 1 on my list. Beyond that would be BJJ, Judo/Sambo, and Krav Maga "A gun is a tool. DWx
What styles are available in your area? No good us suggesting something that you'll have to drive hours on end to find the nearest school that teaches it Also what are you looking for out of your 2nd art? Are there any areas where American freestyle karate is lacking or areas you want to improve on. What do you like doing? What do you want to do more of?Just trying to get an idea of what you want otherwise we'll all just end up listing styles we want to train in or our favourite styles.
