kyokushin_coe Posted May 24, 2012 Share Posted May 24, 2012 Well I finally got back to class this week after a 3 year lay off........man I was nervous and ready to get a good work out on......when i arrived there were faces i hadn't seen before and some familiar faces......it was like a reunion.....well needless to say I was happy to also see my teacher Master Tom Hook.......I stepped on the floor took my place and class began......I was surprised how my body responded to the warm-ups, and the drills we went through......even the kata's that i hadn't worked on when i relaxed they flowed like water........my teacher responded......you may miss class, but your body and mind remembers the training.......and the techniques.......well cant wait until next class..... brown belt kyokushinkia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
