kyokushin_coe Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 Well I finally got back to class this week after a 3 year lay off........man I was nervous and ready to get a good work out on......when i arrived there were faces i hadn't seen before and some familiar faces......it was like a reunion.....well needless to say I was happy to also see my teacher Master Tom Hook.......I stepped on the floor took my place and class began......I was surprised how my body responded to the warm-ups, and the drills we went through......even the kata's that i hadn't worked on when i relaxed they flowed like water........my teacher responded......you may miss class, but your body and mind remembers the training.......and the techniques.......well cant wait until next class..... brown belt kyokushinkia
