I heard from a friend that it is supposed to come out Feb 2003......but because of Kickchick info i guess we were wrong.

Yeah, it's coming out spring 2003...along with all the other AOL Time Warner movies...(can you say "monopoly"?) Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, I believe Lord of the Rings 2 is coming out, and some other films.

I read that the effects took so much planning and coordination and time and money that other movies simply won't be capable of copying them, and we won't see effects like them in big budget movies any time in the near future (if ever, they say, but that's pushing it). Sounds like we'll be very impressed.
