1st month of kickboxing training kicks

More hip rotation. Your speed and power will greatly increase if you involve your hips more. On your roundhouse it looks as though you're kicking upwards rather than across. On your crescent kick make sure you look and see your target before you kick. Keep up the good work and train hard!
