datguy Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 More hip rotation. Your speed and power will greatly increase if you involve your hips more. On your roundhouse it looks as though you're kicking upwards rather than across. On your crescent kick make sure you look and see your target before you kick.
