There was a Kudo/Daido Juku dojo opened in Portugal back in 2000, according to the organization's website. What they do is basically Kyokushin and Judo put together. Maybe you can contact them for help finding somewhere to train? http://www.ku-do.com/eng/index.html

If you want a contact style, look into Kickboxing or Muay Thai. They may not be exactly what you are looking for, but sometimes you have to make due. You said yourself due to your parents, your options are limited due to distance from your home. Look at what you have available, and make a decision there.

I'm sorry to hear your previous school didn't pan out. It sounds like the instructor must not be into it all that bad if he kept bailing on classes. But perhaps he had other issues to deal with, as well. Life kind of does that to us. Hopefully, you find something to suit your needs.

That's a really bad experience. When I first started training when I was 13 I had to get special permission from my sensei to take the adult classes because I couldn't stand taking classes with kids. You should defiantly try to find a new style that better suits you or at least a new dojo with serious students and not just a bunch of kids.
