moobrack Posted August 13, 2001 Posted August 13, 2001 Hey jui jitsu guys, I was wondering about fatal techniques.Maybe you could shed some light on the situation a bit by telling me about some of them and what they are designed to do THANX Anthony Bullock1st Dan Black Belt - Shotokan Karate5th Kyu Yellow Belt - Aiki-Jutsuhttps://www.universaldojo.com Coming Soon
thaiboxerken Posted August 13, 2001 Posted August 13, 2001 What is hard to swallow about fatal techniques is that you really can't practice them full-force without risking a person's life. I do learn many neck-breaks and chokes that could be lethal. There are many "fatal" techniques out there that are BS, such as Dim Mak. I wouldn't worry about deadly techniques too much, because if you can KO a person, then you have the option to kill them while they are unconscious. Just kick 'em, they'll understand.- Me Apprentice Instructor under Guro Inosanto in Jun Fan Gung Fu and Filipinno Martial arts.Certified Instructor of Frank Cucci's Linxx system of martial arts.

Prodigy-Child Posted August 15, 2001 Posted August 15, 2001 some fatal techniques are chokes strikes to the vital points (which my not work all the time) neck breaks or striking upwards on the bridge of the nose You can boo me if you want, You know I'm right!-Chris Rock
thaiboxerken Posted August 15, 2001 Posted August 15, 2001 I feel that "fatal" moves are a joke many times. It reminds me of Moral Kombat when someone talks about killing with pressure points or the upward nose strike. It's funny stuff. Just kick 'em, they'll understand.- Me Apprentice Instructor under Guro Inosanto in Jun Fan Gung Fu and Filipinno Martial arts.Certified Instructor of Frank Cucci's Linxx system of martial arts.
Karateka_latino Posted August 15, 2001 Posted August 15, 2001 A Simple Choke Technique is very very fatal if you do it the right way.. How much you can live when you get caught with a "Lion Kill" Choke. lol
MuayTB1 Posted August 15, 2001 Posted August 15, 2001 I best and easy move in JJ to kill is to twist his or her neck. One quick snap. I never get to shoot any body, how dose it feel Iamrushman? thaiboxerken Posted August 15, 2001 Posted August 15, 2001 There is a difference between good techniques and other not-so-good ones. There are many people that will have you believe that you can kill a person by touching certain "meridians". Others think that the palm-strike to the nose is a fatal move. Some even claim that a strike to the throat is deadly. While the nose strike and throat strike really hurt and CAN kill, they are not fatal in themselves. Also, it's hard to hit these areas on a person. Just kick 'em, they'll understand.- Me Apprentice Instructor under Guro Inosanto in Jun Fan Gung Fu and Filipinno Martial arts.Certified Instructor of Frank Cucci's Linxx system of martial arts.
Tobias_Reece Posted August 16, 2001 Posted August 16, 2001 Hi all Just thought I'd add a medical point to the forum. Inside the neck is the stimulas for the Viegus (sp?) nerve. If this nerve is stimulated the heart can stop. (There is some medical reason to this.) Its been known for large men to tighten their neckties and drop dead. The same can happen if you rub the eyeballs. My dad knows more about this than me (he used to be a nurse), and I'll post more when I talk to him. Oh yeah, there are some real BS about fatal techniques, such as the cartilage entering the brain etc... C ya "You Are Never Given A Dream Without Also Being Given The Power To Make It True.
