I have this secret addiction to chocolate so I try not to have any in the house. But-you have kids,your gonna' have cookies & when chocolate chip cookies are fresh out of the oven all soft & gooey--my willpower breaks like a 1" pine board! {I just thought of this topic the other day when I was chowing down on a southern delicacy-fried chicken livers. Battered & deep fried organ meat-yumm. I could hear my arteries clogging with each bite :D -so good,and yet so-o-o bad for you!}

[color=indigo]Peanut butter....I know small quantities aren't that bad, but when it is one of your main sources of energy like it is for me.....

 

Chocolate pudding, ice cream (especially mint chocolate chip), dark chocolate....**whimpers** you've made me hungry now! :kaioken: :lol: :evil: [/color]

Hey Old Rookie you did say "unhealthy" right? Well, I can prove you and 360 wrong on your choices!

 

(I do agree soda and chips are by far the worse!) :D

So are you saying the benefits of chocolate out weigh the negatives. IF so I have been eating quite "unhealthy" for some time, I don't eat chocolate, ice cream, cake, soda, chips or any of those kinda of things, but I think I still cover the things I am missing by eating other foods, perhaps you could tell us a little more KickChick :)

:up: -now to go hunt down some elusive "Food of the Gods", get rid of some stress,lower my cholesterol, & I'll just cancel my dental check up & eat more chocolate!!

 

-Of course, the sweet stuff I knew would make the list but I am doing the low carb/high protein thing so pretty much most "normal" foods are off my list :bawling: .....never thought would miss bread so much...

Well I guess it would be chocolate. Theirs lot's of good junk food out there :)
