shotokan Posted March 7, 2003 Share Posted March 7, 2003 The problem with Aikido working in real fights isn't so much a problem with Aikido techniques in general as it is a problem with the way Aikido people approach the training. If you are some sensitive new age guy that likes to dance around a mat in a skirt, you are going to be in for a big surprise when someone is really trying to smash your pretty little head in.
