drunken monk Posted August 19, 2002 Posted August 19, 2002 there is a school near where i live and they teach shoalin kempo or something i cant remember the exact name but i would like some info on this style plz white belt
Pacificshore Posted August 20, 2002 Posted August 20, 2002 There is the Fred Vallari school of Shaolin Kempo and then there's the Castro school of Shaolin Kenpo. At least these are the two that I know of. Vallari is primarily located on the East Coast and Castro's is on the West Coast. Now they may have lineage to either one, or simply have created there form of Shaolin Kempo. The best bet is to find out a little about the school, instructor and then do some research on the net to find out more info. Hope this was of some help. Di'DaDeeeee!!!Mind of Mencia
Red J Posted August 20, 2002 Posted August 20, 2002 Shoalin Kempo has elements of traditional karate, kempo, and kung fu. If you do a search you will find many schools that teach a few variations on this theme. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
