Patrick
Belated Happy Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I was under the weather, but had a good day nonetheless! JusticeZero
I was actually sick over the holiday, and the wife was working overnight, so we are belating Thanksgiving for later this week. I'm still deciding what to cook. "Anything worth doing is worth doing badly." - Baleia
Patrick
Sorry to hear that, JusticeZero. But, I always like to say that (for the most part) holidays can be moved because it isn't about the day as much as what you are celebrating and, most importantly, with whom! tallgeese
Justice, I hear you on the cooking thing. I am officially done with the traditional Thanksgiving day feast after this year. I'm not a huge fan of turkey and stuff, ect. So why do I continue to make it year after year. Next year, it's steak or lobster. We'll go from there. http://alphajiujitsu.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJhRVuwbm__LwXPvFMReMww
JusticeZero
I'm debating on a chicken, since that's a more reasonable size for us, but that would still be 'cooking a bird for the sake of cooking a bird'. A pot roast might be better, if I can't come up with a real-food vegetable sort of option. (While i'm not vegetarian, from time to time, meat becomes unappetizing for awhile.) tallgeese
Perhaps an eggplant parmesan or grilled portobello? The portobello is a favorite of mine. http://alphajiujitsu.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJhRVuwbm__LwXPvFMReMww
Patrick
I was watching some show that was talking about food that they actually had when they had the first Thanksgiving meal and they included muscles. I could go for that. I love seafood. Patrick Patrick O'Keefe - KarateForums.com AdministratorHave a suggestion or a bit of feedback relating to KarateForums.com?
