Hello I was wondering your thoughts on Karate for mma.... a lot of the muay thai guys and ground fighters talk down on Karate (its the truth) but I love its unorthodox striking and movements ala machida....... Ive been studying a lot of different strikes and footwork to put in my game... what do yous think is the most underused karate manuever for mma or pros and cons of karate for striking.....I figured id join here because people will have a legit backround....thanks!
