I had to do all my basics strikes, some combination strikes, my kata, 3 different one-steps, 3 sparring matches (1 yellow belt, 1 black, 1 orange), grapple, and do .....O-kee-me wa-za (don't know how to spell it) (The art of falling) for Aikido.
