looking for credential of karate teacher from Canada/Toronto

Hi Karate fans,

I am searching for people who had some years ago contact with a karate Teacher named Chris Prochowik (or something similar).

He was teaching in Canada, I believe in Toronto.

However he may has changed his name-(.

He is now around 60 years old. He claims being ranked number 1 in the world in 1984 as black belt champion by the NKA ( National Karate Association of Canada). He has Black Belt-7th Degree and master of TAE-SHO-DO
