I started with my son doing GKR last September, got to 7th Kyu but I hurt my back on my mountain bike earlier in the year. No training, no biking, seem to have gained a spare tyre too Anyhoo, I'd been thinking of switching away from GKR (as you do) and while I've been laid up I decided to take up Wado Ryu instead.Time to get rid of that spare tyre too...
